WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT INTERNATIONAL TAXES & FEES

All international orders are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). As customs regulations differ by country, your order may be subject to local customs charges upon arrival. Unfortunately, we’re unable to declare international orders as gifts to avoid or reduce these fees.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your order exceeds the local customs threshold and requires formal entry, our logistics partner may apply an additional administration or clearance fee.

For specific details about your country’s customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

Canada shipping update: Orders shipped to Canada may now incur an additional Cash on Delivery (COD) charge upon arrival. All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
